The invention discloses a motion mechanism locking device and method based on the inverse flexoelectric effect. The locking device comprises a supporting rod arranged on a base, a sensitive unit and multiple metal blocks of an arc-shaped structure. The supporting rod is vertically arranged on the base, and the sensitive unit is of an annular structure and is horizontally arranged at the top of thesupporting rod. The multiple metal blocks are uniformly arranged on the outer ring of the sensitive unit. Annular insulating strips are arranged on the outer rings of the multiple metal blocks. A gapis formed between the outer ring of each annular insulating strip and a cup body inner shell of a rotating device. The sensitive unit is made of a flexoelectric dielectric material, and the inner side and the outer side of the sensitive unit are plated with an inner side metal electrode and an outer side metal electrode correspondingly. According to the motion mechanism locking device and methodbased on the inverse flexoelectric effect, position locking of a moving part is achieved based on a flexoelectric effect in a crystal force-electricity coupling effect. Compared with a traditional electromagnet, a mechanical buckle or a locking screw, the device is easy to use and convenient to disassemble and assemble, and a complex mechanical structure is not needed.

    本发明公开了一种基于逆挠曲电效应的运动机构锁紧装置及锁紧方法,锁紧装置包括基座上设置的支撑杆、敏感单元和若干只弧形结构的金属块;支撑杆垂直设置在基座上,敏感单元为环形结构,水平设置在支撑杆的顶部;若干只金属块均匀设置在敏感单元的外圈;若干只金属块的外圈设置有环形绝缘条;环形绝缘条外圈与旋转装置的杯体内壳之间设置有间隙;所述的敏感单元由挠曲电介电材料制成,敏感单元的内侧和外侧分别镀有内侧金属电极和外侧金属电极。本发明是基于晶体力电耦合效应中的挠曲电效应,实现了运动部件的位置锁定。相比于传统的电磁铁、机械卡扣或锁紧螺钉具有使用简单、拆装方便、不需要复杂的机械结构。
