The invention relates to a high-wear-resistance straddle type urban monorail train tire tread rubber material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of natural cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 0-50 parts of cis-polybutadiene polymer and 0-50 parts of novel styrene-butadiene copolymer; and 50-60 parts of carbon black N234, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 1-4 parts of an anti-aging agent 6PPD, 1-4 parts of an antioxidant TMQ, 1-4 parts of wax, 1-3parts of sulfur and 1-3 parts of an accelerant. The preparation method of the tread rubber materialcomprises a non-productive mixing stage and a productive mixing stage. The tread rubber material is applied to straddle type urban monorail train tires. The wear resistance of the tread rubber material is improved, the heat generation of the rubber material is reduced, and the rolling resistance is obviously improved.

    本发明涉及一种高耐磨跨座式城市单轨列车轮胎胎面胶料,按照重量份数计,所述的胎面胶料包括天然顺1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶50‑100份、顺式聚丁二烯聚合物0‑50份和新型苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物0‑50份;炭黑N234 50‑60份,氧化锌3‑5份,硬脂酸2‑4份,防老剂6PPD 1‑4份,抗氧剂TMQ 1‑4份,蜡1‑4份,硫磺1‑3份,促进剂1‑3份。所述胎面胶料的制备方法包括一个非生产性混炼阶段和一个生产性混炼阶段。所述胎面胶料应用于跨座式城市单轨列车轮胎。所述的胎面胶料耐磨耗性能提高,胶料生热降低,滚阻性能得到了明显改善。
