The invention provides an electric hoist for a single-beam crane and a method. The electric hoist comprises a crane main beam used for supporting and providing a walking track, an electric hoist bodyused for hoisting a heavy object, and a driving device used for driving the electric hoist body to move, wherein the surface of the crane main beam is fixedly connected with a track groove; an electric wire used for providing electric power for the driving device is electrically connected onto the driving device; rolling wheels for moving are arranged on the driving device; and the inner wall of the track groove is fixedly connected with a negative oil suction bag. The electric hoist for the single-beam crane and the method relate to the field of electric hoists.     本发明提供一种单梁起重机用电动葫芦及方法,包括用于支撑和提供行走轨道的起重机主梁、用于起吊重物的电动葫芦本体和用于带动电动葫芦本体移动的驱动装置,起重机主梁的表面固定连接有轨道槽,驱动装置上电连接有用于为驱动装置提供电力的电线,驱动装置上安装有用于移动的滚轮,轨道槽的内壁固定连接有负吸油囊,涉及电动葫芦领域。该单梁起重机用电动葫芦在使用完成后电磁铁块断电,钢丝刷失去磁性,摩擦搓成的木屑铁屑会掉落,或者可以直接通过水冲洗,从而有效的解决了一般的单梁起重机用电动葫芦在综合车间使用时,容易在钢丝绳的升降过程中混合金属屑和木屑,增大钢丝绳收卷摩擦力,严重影响到电动葫芦使用寿命的问题。
