The invention discloses a positioning method for a crane. The positioning method comprises the following steps of providing at least one light receiving device on the bottom surface of a trolley frame, and respectively providing at least one camera on the two sides of each light receiving device; respectively providing at least one laser generator on the two sides of a ground weight, wherein the relative position relationship between each laser generator and the weight corresponds to the relative position relationship between the corresponding light receiving device and a lifting appliance ofthe crane; enabling the laser generators to emit laser to the light receiving devices above; and observing laser spots received by the light receiving devices by an operator through the cameras so asto judge the relative position relationship between the lifting appliance of the crane and the weight. The invention further provides a positioning device for the crane. According to the positioning method and device disclosed by the invention, the laser generators can irradiate the positions of the laser spots on the light receiving devices, the operator can conveniently judge the relative position relationship between the lifting appliance and the ground weight when the crane is in a no-load state or the alignment condition between the lifting appliance and a specified ground descending position when the crane is in a full-load state and the weight is lifted, and alignment observation and judgment can be conveniently realized.
本发明公开一种用于起重机的定位方法,其中,包括:在小车车架的底面提供至少一个受光装置,在各受光装置两侧分别提供至少一个摄像头;在地面重物两侧分别提供至少一个激光发生器,各激光发生器与重物之间的相对位置关系和相应受光装置与起重机的吊具之间的相对位置关系对应;使激光发生器向上方的受光装置发射激光;操作人员通过摄像头观察受光装置接收的激光光斑,以判断起重机的吊具与重物之间的相对位置关系。还提供一种用于起重机的定位装置。本发明可通过激光发生器照射在受光装置上的光斑位置,操作人员可方便地判断起重机空载时吊具与地面重物的相对位置关系,或是满载吊有重物时与地面指定下降位置的对位状况,可方便地对位观查和判断。
