When a limiting rod is clamped into a clamping groove in the bottom of a rack, the knob is rotated to drive a threaded rod torotate, a bolt moves leftwards, the limiting rod drives the rack to move leftwards, a gear meshed with the rack drives a bevel gear A to rotate, the bevel gear A drives a bevel gear B to rotate, thebevel gear B drives a bevel gear C to rotate through a connecting rod A, and the bevel gear C drives a bevel gear D to rotate. Therefore, a connecting rod B drives a rotating rod to rotate, the rotating rod begins to tighten a volute spiral spring, a transmission rod is driven to rotate after the volute spiral spring is tightened, then the towing hook can be rotated into the groove body though thetransmission rod, and the towing hook is hidden.
