The invention provides a vehicle scheduling method, device and system. The method comprises the steps of receiving a preset operation; generating a riding request according to the preset operation, wherein the riding request comprises a current position of a passenger client; and sending the riding request to a background server, thereby enabling the background server to determine a target driverclient from at least one driver client according to the riding request and send the riding request to the target driver client. According to the method, the device and the system, a passenger can sendthe riding request to the target driver client and the target driver client obtains the current position of the passenger only by performing the preset operation at the passenger client, so the vehicle calling process is finished, the taxi taking process is simplified, the efficiency of the taxi taking process of the passenger is improved, and the passenger obtains better user experience.

    本发明提供了一种车辆调度方法、装置及系统,包括:接收预设操作;根据预设操作生成乘车请求,乘车请求中包括所述乘客客户端的当前位置;将乘车请求发送至后台服务器,以使得后台服务器根据乘车请求,从至少一个司机客户端中确定一个目标司机客户端,并将乘车请求发送至所述目标司机客户端。本发明中,乘客仅通过在乘客客户端执行预设操作,即可实现发送乘车请求至目标司机客户端、目标司机客户端获取乘客的当前位置的目的,从而完成呼叫车辆的过程,简化了打车流程,提高了乘客打车过程的效率,使乘客获得更好的用户体验。
