The invention provides a GIS-based hidden danger investigation and risk assessment system for marine disasters of natural disasters. The GIS-based hidden danger investigation and risk assessment system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a motor, a driving gear, a fixing sleeve, a buckle disc, a pulling shaft, a spring, a sealing cover, a transmission gear, a fixing shaft, a reel, a pull wire, aliquid collecting pipe, a one-way valve and a bearing; the motor is connected to the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle in a screwed mode; the driving gear is connected to a motor shaft in a pinned mode; the fixing sleeve is connected to the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle in a screwed mode, a transmission cavity is formed in the right end face of the fixing sleeve leftwards, and horizontal guide ribs are arranged in the transmission cavity; the L-shaped fixing shaft is located on the left side of the fixing sleeve, and the top of the L-shaped fixing shaft is connected to the bottomof the unmanned aerial vehicle in a screwed mode; the horizontal section is provided with the reel; the buckle disc is mounted in the transmission cavity, and a buckle column on the left side face ismounted into a buckle hole in the right side face of the reel in an inserted mode; the sealing cover is mounted on the right side face of the fixing sleeve in a screwed mode and forms a lead screw nutstructure with the pulling shaft; a pulling piece is arranged on the left side of the pulling shaft and abuts against the left side face of the buckle disc; the spring is mounted outside the pullingshaft in a sleeving mode and clamped between the buckling disc and the sealing cover; and the transmission gear at the right end of the pulling shaft is meshed with the driving gear.
