The invention discloses an automotive interior material, which is characterized in that a core layer material composed of silicon dioxide aerogel and polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) fibers isprepared by the steps of firstly, fully mixing the PET fibers with a sodium silicate aqueous solution, and then carrying out supercritical drying to generate a PET fiber-silicon dioxide aerogel composite material, wherein the PET fibers are subjected to supercritical foaming to form a skeleton supporting structure in the aerogel; and further compounding the upper surface and the lower surface of the PET fiber silicon dioxide aerogel composite material with a reinforcing layer to prepare a layered composite material which can be applied to automobile interior parts. The material has the characteristics of light weight, high sound insulation and noise reduction performance, certain elasticity and bending resistance, and can effectively reduce the noise in a cockpit when being applied to parts such as an automobile interior ceiling and a front wall.

    本发明公开了一种汽车内饰材料,其特点是,二氧化硅气凝胶与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维组成的芯层材料,首先将PET纤维与硅酸钠水溶液充分混合,然后通过超临界干燥,生成PET纤维‑二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料,而PET纤维经过超临界发泡后成为气凝胶中的骨架支撑结构;进一步的是将上述PET纤维‑二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料上下表面与增强层复合,制成可应用于汽车内饰零部件的层状复合材料;该类型材料拥有质轻、隔音降噪性能高的特点,同时有一定弹性,抗弯折,在汽车内饰顶棚、前围等部件中应用,可有效降低驾驶舱内噪音。
