The energy-saving balance lifter is reasonable in structure, a clutch structure is formed by protruding blocks and sliding grooves, the magnetic discs and the transmission wheels are attracted to enable the clutch structure to establish transmission connection between the rope winders and the transmission wheels, any rope winder can be disconnected when meeting resistance, the output power of the motor in the tent lifting process is decreased progressively, and kinetic energyneeded for overcoming clutch control of the magnetic disc is small; and the running power of the whole machine is reduced, the electric energy loss of an energy storage battery is reduced, and the energy-saving purpose is achieved.
