A crosshead overturning process is provided with a transverse-arranged rectangular suspension arm and a vertical-arranged shaft; bolt holes are formed in the two ends of the suspension arm; one end ofthe shaft penetrates through a center hole of the suspension arm and is sealed with the center hole of the suspension arm in a full welding manner, and the other end of the shaft sequentially penetrates through an upper end cover, a bearing sleeve and a lower end cover; the bearing sleeve, the upper end cover and the lower end cover form a positioning groove; a bearing is mounted in the positioning groove and makes contact with the shaft; and a fixing bolt is provided at the end, away from the suspension arm, of the shaft. The crosshead overturning process can easily implement overturning work of a crosshead in the processes of hoisting, cleaning, maintaining, overhauling and the like, and is particularly suitable for high-difficulty and high-strength work that local grinding repair needsto be performed when scratches happen to the surface of a crosshead part; and by means of the tool, an operator cannot be restrained by any construction angle to easily complete the work. By applyingthe tool, the labor intensity of workers can be effectively reduced, and the working efficiency and the construction quality are improved.

    十字头翻转工艺,有横向设置的长方形吊臂和竖向设置的轴,所述吊臂两端设置有螺栓孔,所述轴一端穿过所述吊臂中心孔,与所述吊臂中心孔满焊密封,所述轴另一端依次穿过上端盖、轴承套、下端盖,所述轴承套与所述上端盖、所述下端盖形成定位槽,轴承装在所述定位槽中,所述轴承与所述轴相接触,所述轴远离所述吊臂的一端带有固定螺栓。本发明可以轻松做到十字头在吊运、清洁、保养、检修等过程中进行的翻转工作,尤其适用于当十字头部件表面发生划痕时需要进行局部研磨修复这种高难度、高强度的工作,利用此工具,操作者可以不受任何施工角度约束,轻松自如的完成工作。通过此工具应用,可以有效降低人工劳动强度,提高工作效率和施工质量。
