The invention discloses an oil cylinder piston rod integral hoisting device. Each of an oil cylinder and a piston rod is in a state of being capable of being independently hoisted and carried; the hoisting device comprises a first assembly, a second assembly and a dam portal crane; the oil cylinder is arranged outside the piston rod in a sleeving way; the bottom of the piston rod is fixed and supported at the bottom of the oil cylinder through the first assembly, so that the downward movement and circumferential rotation of the piston rod relative to the oil cylinder are limited; in addition,the top of the piston rod is fixed through the second assembly, and is supported at the top of the oil cylinder, so that the downward movement and circumferential rotation of the piston rod relative to the oil cylinder are limited; the oil cylinder and the piston rod form a whole; the dam portal crane is connected with the top of the oil cylinder in a hoisted manner; and when the dam portal cranehoists the oil cylinder to upwards move, the piston rod upwards moves synchronously with the oil cylinder under the joint effect of the first assembly and the second assembly. The oil cylinder pistonrod integral hoisting device has the advantages that the safety is high, and the hoisting and carrying time is short.
本发明公开了一种油缸活塞杆整体吊装装置,所述油缸、所述活塞杆均处于能够被独立吊装搬运的状态,所述吊装装置包括第一组件、第二组件和大坝门机,所述油缸套在所述活塞杆外部,所述活塞杆的底部通过第一组件固定、支撑在所述油缸的底部,用于限制所述活塞杆相对于所述油缸下移和周向旋转,并且,所述活塞杆的顶部通过第二组件固定、支撑在所述油缸的顶部,用于限制所述活塞杆相对于所述油缸下移和周向旋转,使所述油缸、所述活塞杆形成一个整体,所述大坝门机与所述油缸顶部吊装连接,当大坝门机吊起所述油缸上移时,所述活塞杆在第一组件和第二组件共同的作用下,与所述油缸同步上移。本发明不仅安全性高,而且吊装搬运时间短。
