The invention provides auxiliary moving butt joint assembly equipment and method for steel truss hoisting. The auxiliary moving butt joint assembly equipment comprises supports, a steel truss connecting mechanism, a front-back adjusting mechanism and an up-down adjusting mechanism, wherein the supports are a front portal frame and a rear portal frame which are symmetrically arranged; the steel truss connecting mechanism comprises a steel cable and lock catch hooks; the front-back adjusting mechanism comprises hanging rods, transverse guide rails, transverse sliding blocks and cable guide pulleys, the bottoms of the two hanging rods located on the same side are connected to the transverse guide rails, the cable guide pulleys are fixed to the bottoms of the transverse sliding blocks, and thesteel cable bypasses the cable guide pulleys from top to bottom; and the up-down adjusting mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a hydraulic push rod, lifting chutes, lifting sliding blocks, liftingrods and connecting rods, the hydraulic push rod is arranged in the center of the top of the mounting frame and connected to the steel cable, the lifting sliding blocks move up and down along the lifting chutes, the two ends of each lifting rod are connected to the two lifting sliding blocks on the same side, and the connecting rods are connected to the lifting rods and lock catch hooks. Accordingto the equipment, the butt joint precision is improved, the butt joint time is shortened, and disassembly and assembly are convenient.

    本发明提出一种用于钢桁架吊装的辅助移动对接组装设备及方法,包括支架、钢桁架连接机构、前后调节机构和上下调节机构,支架为对称设置的前、后门架;钢桁架连接机构包括钢绳拉索和锁扣挂钩;前后调节机构包括吊杆、横向导轨、横向滑块和导索轮,位于同侧的两根吊杆底部与横向导轨相连,导索轮固定于横向滑块底部,钢绳拉索从上绕过导索轮;上下调节机构包括安装架、液压推杆、升降滑槽、升降滑块、升降杆和连接杆,液压推杆安设于安装架顶部中心与钢绳拉索相连,升降滑块沿升降滑槽上下移动,升降杆两端与同侧两块升降滑块相连,连接杆与升降杆及锁扣挂钩相连。本发明提升对接精准性,减少对接时间,便于拆装。
