The invention discloses an unmanned ground-effect wing ship based on folding wings. The unmanned ground-effect wing ship comprises a ship body, main wings, a vertical tail wing, a horizontal tail wing, a propulsion module, a control module and a wireless communication module. Each main wing comprises a first wing body, a second wing body, a third wing body and a hydraulic telescopic rod, wherein the first wing body is horizontally and fixedly installed on the side portion of the ship body, the inner side of the second wing body is installed on the outer side of the first wing body through a revolute pair, the inner side of the third wing body is installed on the outer side of the second wing body through a revolute pair, the outer side of the third wing body is provided with a sharp side plate, the hydraulic telescopic rod is horizontally fixed to the first wing body, the free telescopic end of the hydraulic telescopic rod is installed on the outer side of the third wing body through ahinge, the third wing body and the second wing body have the same length so that the hydraulic telescopic rod can freely stretch out and draw back in the horizontal plane, and when the hydraulic telescopic rod completely draws back, the sharp side plate of the third wing body faces downwards. According to the unmanned ground-effect wing ship, through the folding wings and main and auxiliary cooperative electric propulsion, the two navigation modes of underwater multi-stage-speed navigation and ground-effect high-speed navigation are considered, and meanwhile, the working energy consumption isgreatly reduced.
