The invention provides an automobile door glass power supply mechanism, and belongs to the field of automobiles. The automobile door glass power supply mechanism comprises a positioning power supply structure. The positioning power supply structure comprises a rubber strip body and a first leading-out wire harness, wherein the rubber strip body is fixedly installed on a guide rail of an automobilewindow lifter, and a power-on wire is installed in the rubber strip body. One end of the first leading-out wire harness is electrically connected to the lower end of the rubber strip body, and the other end of the first leading-out wire harness is connected with a first plug connector which is used for being electrically connected with an automobile door bus harness. A lifting power supply structure comprises a sliding block and a second leading-out wire harness, wherein the sliding block is electrically connected to the rubber strip body in a lifting mode and is in transmission connection with a bracket of the automobile window lifter, and the bracket is used for driving the sliding block to ascend and descend on the rubber strip body in the length direction of the rubber strip body. Oneend of the second leading-out wire harness is fixedly connected to the sliding block, and the other end of the second leading-out wire harness is connected with a second plug connector which is usedfor being electrically connected with an automobile window glass bus harness. The device is high in operability, and can effectively guarantee that automobile door glass can be powered on in the lifting process.
