The inner baffle is provided with an inclined section extending upwards in an inclined mode and a bent section bent towards the rainproof plate. An airflow channel is formed between the inner baffle and theouter baffle, and the surface of the inner baffle forms a reflecting surface of airflow passing through the airflow channel below the inner baffle. After entering the cabinet, the airflow of the heatdissipation window is reflected towards the inner side of the cabinet by the surface of the inner baffle above the corresponding airflow channel, so that electrical equipment at the same height of the heat dissipation window can be effectively cooled, and the problem of poor heat dissipation effect on the electrical equipment at the lower part of the cabinet caused by the fact that the airflow passes above the cabinet is solved.
本发明涉及电动车辆充电设备冷却领域,尤其涉及一种充电机机柜及防雨板。充电机机柜包括柜体和散热窗,散热窗包括外壳体以及设置在外壳体内侧的防雨板,防雨板上开设有散热口,散热口外侧设置有倾斜向下延伸的外挡板,散热口内侧设置有内挡板,内挡板具有由倾斜向上延伸的倾斜段和朝向防雨板弯折的弯折段;内、外挡板之间形成气流通道,内挡板的表面形成经过下方的气流通道的气流的反射面。散热窗气流进入柜内内部后,会被位于对应气流通道上方的内挡板表面朝向机柜内侧反射,能够有效对散热窗同一高度的电气设备进行散热,解决了气流从机柜上方经过,造成的对位于机柜下部的电气设备散热效果不佳的问题。
