The lower automobile body structure comprises an automobile frame, a cooling system module, a fuelcell system module, a hydrogen supply system module, a driving motor, a battery pack, a super capacitor and a DC/DC, the cooling system module, the fuel cell system module, the hydrogen supply systemmodule, the driving motor, the battery pack, the super capacitor and the DC/DC are arranged on the automobile frame, the cooling system module is installed at the front ends of two front longitudinalbeams of the automobile frame and located behind an anti-collision cross beam, the fuel cell system module is installed on the two front longitudinal beams and a front cabin rear cross beam of the automobile frame and located behind the cooling system module, the hydrogen supply system module is located in the middle of the automobile frame, the driving motor is arranged behind the hydrogen supplysystem module, the battery pack is arranged above a rear axle assembly and installed on two rear longitudinal beams at the tail part of the automobile frame, the super capacitor is arranged at the tail part of the automobile frame and is arranged on two cross beams at the tail part of the automobile frame, and the DC/DC is arranged on the two rear longitudinal beams at the tail part of the frame.According to the lower automobile body structure of the fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile, the modular integrated arrangement method is adopted, the overall space of the lower automobile body of the automobile is fully utilized, and various performance requirements are met.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池氢能汽车的下车体结构,包括车架以及设置在车架上的冷却系统模块、燃料电池系统模块、供氢系统模块、驱动电机、电池包、超级电容、DC/DC,冷却系统模块安装在车架的两前纵梁的前端,且其位于防撞横梁的后方,燃料电池系统模块安装在车架的两前纵梁以及前机舱后横梁上,且其位于冷却系统模块的后方,供氢系统模块位于车架中部,驱动电机布置在供氢系统模块的后方,电池包布置在后桥总成上方,且其安装在车架尾部的两后纵梁上,超级电容布置在车架尾部,且其安装在车架尾部的两横梁上,DC/DC安装在车架尾部的两后纵梁上。本发明采用模块化集成布置方法,不仅充分利用了汽车下车体的整体空间,还满足了各项性能需求。
