The invention discloses an energy recovery driving device for braking by using a flywheel. The device comprises a driving box, a recovery cavity is formed in the driving box, two opening supports arefixedly connected to the lower wall of the recovery cavity, and the two opening supports are distributed in a bilateral symmetry manner with the center line of the recovery cavity as the symmetry center; opposite grooves with openings back onto each other are arranged in the opening supports, two opening rotating shafts are rotatably connected into side walls, close to each other, of the oppositegrooves, when an electric vehicle is braked, clamping plates are used for clamping and decelerating a brake disc, meanwhile, a flywheel is brought into the brake disc to coaxially and rapidly rotate with the brake disc, equivalent rotation energy is collected through rotation of the flywheel, a power generation device arranged in the flywheel is driven to convert the energy into electric quantityand transmit the electric quantity to a driving motor, and the driving motor drives a brake and a wheel main shaft to rotate through the recycled electric quantity; and therefore, recycling of waste energy is improved, electric energy is saved, and the environmental protection efficiency of the electric vehicle is further improved.

    本发明公开的一种利用飞轮进行刹车的能量回收驱动装置,包括驱动箱,所述驱动箱内设有回收腔,所述回收腔下壁上固定连接有两个开口支架,两个所述开口支架以所述回收腔中心线为对称中心左右对称分布设置,所述开口支架内设有开口相背的对向槽,所述对向槽相互靠近侧壁内转动连接有两个开口转轴,本发明能够利用电动车辆在进行刹车时,利用夹板对刹车盘进行夹持减速的同时将飞轮带入与刹车盘进行同轴快速转动,并且利用飞轮的转动将等效转动的能量进行收集并驱动内部设置的发电装置将能量转化为电量并输送给驱动电机,驱动电机利用这些回收的电量进而驱动刹车以及车轮主轴旋转,这不仅提高了废弃能量的回收利用也节省了电能进一步提升了电动车辆的环保效率。
