The invention provides an electric power control system, an electric power control device and a controlled device, which are capable of simplifying slave devices and reducing cost of the slave devices. The electric power control system (100) includes a master device (120) supplied with power from a battery (110) and a slave device (130) powered by the battery (110) through the master device (120).The slave device (130) can also be supplied from a sub-battery (111) or a solar cell (112) that is different from the battery (110), the master device (120) is provided with a control unit (121) forcontrolling the slave device (130) to be powered from the battery (110) and the solar cell (112) based on the power supply state of the battery (111) and the solar cell (112).
