The invention relates to a semiconductor-based air-cooled liquid-cooled coupled battery thermal management system, which comprises a battery box body, a battery module, a liquid-cooled module, an air-cooled module and a temperature control module, and the battery module is arranged in the battery box body, the liquid-cooled module is arranged at the bottom of the battery module, and the air-cooledmodule is arranged above the battery module; and the air-cooled module and the liquid-cooled module each comprise a semiconductor chip, and the temperature control module controls starting and stopping of the air-cooled module and the liquid-cooled module according to the temperature of the battery module. Compared with a battery thermal management device by adopting pure semiconductor refrigeration, the battery thermal management system can cool the battery more quickly, uneven heat dissipation of the battery cannot be caused, the temperature of the battery module is greatly stabilized, thebattery module works in a stable temperature environment, the working efficiency of the battery module is guaranteed, and the cycle life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种基于半导体的风冷液冷耦合式电池热管理系统,包括电池箱体、电池模组、液冷模块、风冷模块和温度控制模块,所述电池模组设置在电池箱体中,液冷模块设置在电池模组底部,风冷模块设置在电池模组上方,风冷模块和液冷模块均包括半导体芯片,温度控制模块根据电池模组的温度控制风冷模块和液冷模块的启停。本发明的电池热管理系统相比于单纯半导体制冷的电池热管理装置能更快对电池进行降温,不会导致电池散热不均匀,极大稳定了电池模组模块的温度,使得电池模组工作在稳定的温度环境,保障了电池模组的工作效率和电池循环寿命。
