The invention provides a full-road-network road section travel time estimation method based on urban road checkpoint data. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) based on the checkpoint data, carrying out data preprocessing and screening to obtain preliminary local section travel time; 2) counting and extracting variables such as hour periods when vehicles enter road sections, vehicletravel times, vehicle numbers, road sections and the like in the checkpoint data to establish a multi-dimensional tensor model; 3) performing k-means clustering analysis, and applying an analysis result to supplement of missing items of a tensor model; and 4) screening out abnormal values in the travel time, and estimating the travel time of a descrete value by using a piecewise interpolation method. Vehicle travel time is extracted based on checkpoint data, crowds with different conditions or different driving habits are classified, missing items in the travel time are supplemented accordingto the clustering analysis result, influences of factors such as traffic conditions and crowd driving habit differences are considered during travel time estimation, and therefore, full-road-networkroad section travel time estimation considering crowd difference is realized.

    本发明提出了一种基于城市道路卡口数据的全路网路段行程时间估计方法,主要包括以下步骤:1)基于卡口数据,进行数据预处理及筛选,得到初步的局部路段行程时间;2)统计提取卡口数据中车辆进入路段的小时时段、车辆出行次数、车辆编号、路段等变量建立多维张量模型;3)进行k均值聚类分析,将结果应用于张量模型缺失项的补充;4)筛选出行程时间中的异常值,对于离群值利用分段插值的方法来估计其行程时间。本研究基于卡口数据提取出车辆行程时间,对于不同状况或者不同驾驶习惯的人群进行分类,依据聚类分析的结果对于行程时间中缺失项进行补充,在进行行程时间估计时考虑了交通状况以及人群驾驶习惯差异等因素的影响,从而实现了考虑人群差异性的全路网路段行程时间估计。
