The invention discloses a train positioning system based on sleeper defect feature detection. The train positioning system comprises the following steps of scanning a target railway sleeper by using amillimeter wave scanning vehicle, and receiving an echo signal; preprocessing the echo signal to obtain a processed echo signal; substituting the processed echo signal into a two-dimensional imagingalgorithm to obtain a millimeter wave image of the target railway sleeper; substituting the millimeter wave image of the target railway sleeper into a trained neural network, obtaining a sample characteristic value through Radon transform, and establishing a characteristic curve; and judging the characteristic curve, and determining that a crack defect exists when the characteristic curve has a sudden change value. According to the train positioning system, the problems of insufficient coverage and strong uncertainty of a track defect detection method in the prior art can be solved, the efficiency is high, the accuracy is strong, and time and labor are saved.

    本发明公开了一种基于轨枕缺陷特征检测的列车定位系统,其包括利用毫米波扫描车对目标铁路轨枕进行扫描,并接收回波信号;对回波信号进行预处理,得到处理后的回波信号;将处理后的回波信号代入二维成像算法,得到目标铁路轨枕的毫米波图像;将目标铁路轨枕的毫米波图像代入训练完毕的神经网络中,通过拉东变换得到样本特征值,建立特征曲线;对特征曲线进行判断,当特征曲线存在突变值时,即存在裂纹缺陷。本发明能够解决现有技术中轨道缺陷检测方法覆盖面不足、不确定性强的问题,效率高、准确性强、省时省力。
