The invention discloses a servo braking system with a parking self-locking function. A first protrusion is arranged on the left side of a rubber block base, a second protrusion is arranged on the right side of the rubber block base, a first groove is formed in the first protrusion, and a second groove is formed in the second protrusion; a third protrusion is arranged on a pedal push rod, a rubberblock is arranged in the first groove, and the pedal push rod penetrates through a ball screw pair and the rubber block base and is in contact with the rubber block; and a pedal return spring is located between the second groove and the third protrusion, one end of an ejection rod is connected with a main cylinder assembly, the other end of the ejection rod is in contact with the rubber block, andthe left end of the ball screw pair is arranged on the third protrusion. According to the servo braking system, rotary motion is converted into linear motion through a motor by means of the ball screw pair, so that the servo braking system has higher control precision and a higher response speed than a traditional mechanical mode; and a braking oil cylinder is provided with an oil pressure sensor, so that the pressure of hydraulic oil can be automatically monitored to prevent oil leakage accidents, and a series of hazards caused by poor brake timeliness are greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种具有驻车自锁功能的伺服制动系统,橡胶块座左侧设置有第一突起,右侧设置有第二突起,第一突起内形成第一凹槽,第二突起内形成第二凹槽;踏板推杆上设置有第三突起,第一凹槽内设置橡胶块,踏板推杆穿过滚珠丝杠副和橡胶块座,并与橡胶块接触;踏板回位弹簧位于第二凹槽与第三突起之间,顶杆一端连接主缸总成,另一端与橡胶块接触,滚珠丝杠副的左端设置在第三突起上。本发明通过电机利用滚珠丝杠副将旋转运动转化为直线运动,比传统的机械式有更高的控制精度和响应速度,且制动油缸安装油压传感器,可以自动监测液压油压力,防止漏油事件的发生,大大降低了制动器时效带来的一系列危害。
