The invention discloses a motor control system for alternating-current double winding. The motor control system comprises a data acquisition module, a data analysis module, a monitoring sensor group,a controller, an alarm module and a display module, wherein the data analysis module is used for analyzing acquired time sequence data, judging whether or not a vehicle is in a brake state, controlling a motor to perform feedback brake if the vehicle is in the brake state, and performing corresponding winding cascade operation in two sets of windings, thus improving brake feedback efficiency; thedata analyzing module is used for comparing calculated second rotation speed data with first rotation speed data detected by the rotation speed sensor in operation, timely judging defection faults ofthe rotation speed sensor, and controlling the motor to perform frequency-reduction operation by a controller if the rotation speed in motor operation exceed a preset value; and the monitoring sensorgroup can detect a vehicle body parameter value, in a travelling process, in real time to judge whether or not the motor has faults, and timely alarming while a fault signal is detected. 本发明公开了一种交流双绕组的电机控制系统,包括数据采集模块、数据分析模块、监测传感器组、控制器、报警模块以及显示模块;数据分析模块用于对采集的时序数据进行分析,判断车辆是否处于制动状态;若车辆处于制动状态,则控制电机进行回馈制动,将两套绕组中对应相的绕组串联运行,提高制动回馈的效率;数据分析模块将计算得到的第二转速数据和转速传感器检测电机运行时的第一转速数据进行比较,及时判断出转速传感器的检测故障,当电机运行时的转速超过预设值,则控制器控制电机降频运行,通过监测传感器组能够实时检测行车过程中的车身参数值,判断电机是否存在故障,若检测到故障信号能及时报警,提高了使用效果。
