The invention relates to a ramp coordination control and guidance method for a bottleneck of a double-layer highway, belongs to the technical field of traffic management and control, and aims to solvethe problem of congestion in different conditionsof a single-layer highway or a double-layer highway. The method comprises the steps: applying ramp coordination control and guidance on an expressway,and arranging devices comprising traffic flow detectors, ramp signal control lamps and variable information boards; respectively calculating single-point regulation rates of the entrance ramps of thethree-dimensional expressway and the ground layer expressway by using an Alinea algorithm; judging whether ramp coordination control needs to be carried out on the bottleneck of the three-dimensionaland ground layer expressways according to the traffic flow parameters; and finally, activating single-layer ramp coordination control according to coordination regulation rate calculation under single-layer or double-side bottleneck congestion, calculating the optimal regulation rate of the single-layer expressway by using a Bottleneck algorithm, and starting ramp control. The method is used fora traffic system composed of the three-dimensional layer expressway and the ground layer expressway, and normal operation of the whole traffic system is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明是一种面向双层高速公路瓶颈的匝道协调控制与诱导方法,属于交通管理与控制技术领域目的是为解决单层或双层高速公路的不同情况的拥挤问题,该方法包括在高速公路上应用匝道协调控制与诱导,设备设置包括交通流检测器、匝道信号控制灯、可变信息板;使用Alinea算法分别计算立体、地面层高速公路入口匝道的单点调节率;根据交通流参数判断立体、地面层高速公路瓶颈是否需要进行匝道协调控制;最后根据单层或双侧瓶颈拥堵下的协调调节率计算,激活单层匝道协调控制,使用Bottleneck算法计算单层高速公路的最优调节率,并开启匝道控制,用于由立体层高速公路、地面层快速路组成的交通系统,有效的保证整个交通系统的运行正常。
