The invention relates to the technical field of pneumatic lifting, in particular to a pneumatic lifting mechanism which reduces dust attached to the inside of an inner cavity of a shell and improves the practicability. The pneumatic lifting mechanism comprises a base, and the shell is arranged at the top end of the base. The top end of the base is connected with the bottom end of the shell. The inner cavity is formed in the shell. A front opening is formed in the front end of the shell, and a blocking plate is detachably arranged on the front opening of the shell. Two sets of hydraulic cylinders are arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the shell, and the bottom end of the inner cavity of the shell is connected with the bottom ends of the two sets of the hydraulic cylinders. Two sets of lifting rods are telescopically arranged at the top ends of the two sets of the hydraulic cylinders respectively. A storage box is arranged at the top end of the base, and the top end of thebase is connected with the bottom end of the storage box. An inner cavity is formed in the storage box. A front opening is formed in the front end of the storage box. A suction fan is arranged at theright end of the storage box. The right end of the storage box is connected with the left end of the suction fan, and a discharging pipeline is arranged at the output end of the suction fan. And theoutput end of the suction fan is connected with the input end of the discharging pipeline.
