The invention provides a hook device for storing steel wire ropes and sling materials in a manufacturing workshop. The hook device comprises two workshop structure stand columns and a hook device bodyarranged between the two workshop structure stand columns. The tops of the two workshop structure stand columns are connected through a supporting cross beam. The hook device body is composed of a main hook cross beam, a winch with lifting lugs and a lifting device, and the main hook cross beam is horizontally arranged in the middle of the plane formed by the workshop structure stand columns andthe supporting cross beam, and the main hook cross beam is connected with the winch with the lifting lugs on the bottom ground through the steel wire ropes for the lifting lugs arranged on the two sides of the top and the lifting device. The winch controls contraction of the steel wire ropes and driving of the lifting device to achieve ascending and descending movement of the main hook cross beamfixedly provided with a plurality of lifting hooks used for containing materials. According to the hook device for storing the steel wire ropes and the sling materials in the manufacturing workshop, workshop materials are prevented from occupying a large area of a workshop plane site, the height of the workshop is reasonably utilized, so that the workshop materials are more convenient to tidy, thesite is easier to clean, and the overall quality and image of an enterprise workshop are improved.

    一种用于制造车间存放钢丝绳和吊带材料的挂钩装置,包括两根车间结构立柱以及设置在两根车间结构立柱之间的挂钩装置本体,两根车间结构立柱顶部通过支撑横梁连接,挂钩装置本体由主钩横梁、带有吊耳的卷扬机以及升降装置组成,主钩横梁水平设置在车间结构立柱与支撑横梁形成平面的中间位置,通过顶部两侧设置的吊耳用钢丝绳以及升降装置与设在底部地面上的带吊耳的卷扬机连接,卷扬机控制钢丝绳的收缩以及升降装置的驱动来实现固定有若干个用于放置物料的吊钩的主钩横梁的上升和下降运动。本发明避免了车间物料大面积占用车间平面场地,合理利用了车间高度,使得车间物料更加方便整顿、场地更加容易清扫,提升了企业车间整体素质和形象。
