The invention discloses an ARV based on novel shaftless rim propulsion. An application target is positioned as an underwater robot. A main body is designed to be of a streamline structure in appearance, overall propulsion is jointly controlled by four shaftless rim propellers, the shaftless rim propellers are novel propellers which integrate motors and propellers and utilize rotor rings to drive paddles to rotate relative to multi-magnetic-pole stators, and the shaftless rim propellers are mature products on the market. According to the scheme, a brand-new design thought is provided for the structure of the ARV, the shaftless rim propellers are adopted to replace traditional shafting propellers, the ARV in the improved design is small in sound, not prone to winding a water tank and high inpropelling efficiency, the navigation performance of the ARV is improved while the operation capacity of the ARV is improved, and underwater resistance is reduced to the maximum extent while functions are achieved.
本发明公开一种基于新型无轴轮缘推进ARV,应用目标定位为水下机器人。主体外形设计成流线型结构,整体推进由四个无轴轮缘推进器联合控制,无轴轮缘推进器是一种将电机和推进器进行集成,利用转子环带动桨叶相对多磁极定子旋转的新型推进器,是市面上成熟的产品。本方案针对ARV的结构提出了全新的设计思路,采用无轴轮缘推进器取代传统的轴系推进器,改进设计后的ARV,声音小、不易缠水槽、推进效率高,在增加其作业能力的同时提升其航行性能,保证功能实现同时最大化降低水中阻力。
