The invention provides an internal and external double-vibration-reduction type bogie wheel for a tracked vehicle. The internal and external double-vibration-reduction type bogie wheel comprises a wheel disc, a protection plate, an external vibration reduction rubber ring, an internal vibration reduction rubber ring and a hub. The external vibration reduction rubber ring is fixed to the rim of thewheel disc, the internal vibration reduction rubber ring is fixed to the outer end face of the wheel disc and the inner end face of the protection plate, and after the internal vibration reduction rubber ring and the external vibration reduction rubber ring are fixed to the wheel disc, the protection plate and the hub are connected in a fastened mode through bolts. The internal and external double-vibration-reduction type bogie wheel can solve the problems that a single internal vibration reduction type bogie wheel is poor in vibration reduction effect and difficult to dissipate heat, and theservice life of the bogie wheel is short due to the fact that an external vibration reduction piece of a single external vibration reduction type bogie wheel is prone to abrasion and failure. The bogie wheel is excellent in vibration reduction performance, long in service life, high in reliability and capable of meeting the requirements for high-speed and stable running of the vehicle.
