The invention discloses a three-section type disconnected steering device. The three-section type disconnected steering device is characterized in that the left end of a left steering pull rod is hinged to a left steering knuckle, and the right end of the left steering pull rod is hinged to a left steering rocker arm; the right end of a right steering pull rod is hinged to a right steering knuckle, and the left end of the right steering pull rod is hinged to a right steering rocker arm; the left end of a middle pull rod is hinged to a left steering rocker arm, and the right end of the middle pull rod is hinged to the right steering rocker arm; the left steering rocker arm is arranged on a left steering arm shaft through a left conical roller bearing; a lower slotted locking nut is arrangedat the lower end of the steering arm shaft; an upper slotted locking nut is arranged on the steering arm shaft, and the bottom surface of the upper slotted locking nut abuts against the top surface of an upper ejection sleeve; and the right steering rocker arm is arranged on the right steering arm shaft through a right conical roller bearing. The three-section type disconnected steering device provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple and compact; the cost is low; the service life is long; the operation is stable and reliable; and the length of each steering pull rod is adjusted by adjusting an adjusting screw nut on the steering pull rod, and a whole vehicle toe-in is further adjusted.
本发明公开了一种三段式断开式转向装置,其特征在于:左侧所述的转向拉杆左端铰接安装在左转向节上,左侧转向拉杆右端铰接安装在左转摇臂上,右侧转向拉杆右端铰接安装在右转向节上,右侧转向拉杆左端铰接安装在右转摇臂上,中间拉杆左端铰接安装在左转摇臂上且中间拉杆右端铰接安装在右转摇臂上,左转摇臂通过左侧圆锥滚子轴承安装在左侧转臂轴上,下开槽锁紧螺母安装在转臂轴下端,上开槽锁紧螺母安装在转臂轴上且上开槽锁紧螺母底面顶在上顶套顶面上,右转摇臂通过右侧圆锥滚子轴承安装在右侧转臂轴上。本发明结构简单且紧凑,成本低且寿命长,运行稳定可靠,通过调节转向拉杆上的调节螺母来调整转向拉杆的长度,进而调整整车前束。
