The embodiment of the invention provides a three-point frame-suspended type bogie, and relates to the technical field of rail transit vehicles. The three-point frame-suspended type bogie comprises a framework and two drive devices located in front of and behind the framework, wherein each drive device comprises a suspension frame, a wheel set, a drive motor, a first transmission mechanism, a second transmission mechanism and a transmission shaft, the drive motor is suspended on the suspension frame, the transmission shaft is inserted into a rotor of the drive motor, and the transmission shaftsleeves axles of the wheel set; an output shaft of the drive motor is connected to one end of the transmission shaft through the first transmission mechanism so as to transmit power to the transmission shaft, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected to axles of the wheel set through the second transmission mechanism, and the drive motor is connected to the suspension frame through a three-point suspension mechanism. Compared with a traditional motor layout mode, the three-point frame-suspended type bogie provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that an occupied space is small, the mass of the part, below a primary suspension device, of the wheel set can be reduced, and a running speed of a motor train unit is effectively increased.
本发明实施例提供一种三点架悬式转向架,涉及轨道交通车辆技术领域。三点架悬式转向架包括构架及位于构架前后的两个驱动装置,每一驱动装置包括悬挂架、轮对、驱动电机、第一传动机构、第二传动机构及传动轴,驱动电机悬挂于悬挂架,传动轴插设于驱动电机的动子内,传动轴套设于轮对的车轴,驱动电机的输出轴通过第一传动机构与传动轴的一端相连以便将动力传递至传动轴,传动轴的另一端通过第二传动机构与轮对的车轴相连,驱动电机通过三点式悬挂机构与悬挂架相连。本发明实施例提供的三点架悬式转向架,相比于传统电机布设方式,空间占用小,有助于减轻轮对至一系悬挂装置以下部分的质量,有效提升动车组的运行速度。
