The invention discloses an engineering machinery radial tire with a special crown design. The engineering machinery radial tire sequentially comprises a tread, a belt ply group, cushion rubber, a tirebody and a lining layer from outside to inside; a transition belt ply is arranged between the tire body and the belt ply group, and the lining layer is provided with a thickening area at the tire shoulder part; and the belt ply group sequentially comprises a first belt ply, a second belt ply, a third belt ply and a fourth belt ply from inside to outside. The invention relates to a special crown design, and the rigidity of the tire crown is improved by optimally designing a skeleton material and a rubber material at the tire crown part. Compared with the prior art, a layer of angled transitioncord bound to the tire shoulder part is added, and the lining layer rubber material is optimized at the tire shoulder part, so that the stress of the tire crown is improved, the rigidity of the tirecrown is improved, the deformation of the tire pattern blocks under the stress condition is reduced, the stress of the tire crown is effectively dispersed, and groove cracks, shoulder internal fracture and other problems caused by stress concentration are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种具有特殊冠部设计的工程机械子午线轮胎,由外到内依次包括胎面、带束层组、垫胶、胎体和内衬层,所述胎体与带束层组之间设有过渡带束层,并且内衬层在胎肩部位设有增厚区域,所述带束层组由内到外依次包括一号带束层、二号带束层、三号带束层和四号带束层,本发明涉及一种特殊的冠部设计,通过对胎冠部位骨架材料及胶料优化设计,提升轮胎胎冠刚性。与现有技术相比,通过增加一层束缚于胎肩部位的带角度的过渡帘线,及内衬层胶料在胎肩部位的优化,改善轮胎胎冠受力,提高胎冠的刚性,减少轮胎花纹块在受力情况下变形,有效的分散胎冠应力,避免因应力集中出现沟裂,肩部内裂等问题。
