A method for improving the operation stability of a nuclear emergency robot is applied to a nuclear emergency multifunctional operation robot. The nuclear emergency multifunctional operation robot comprises a base, a mechanical arm, a tool transition device and motion supporting devices. The method for improving the operation stability comprises the following steps that 1, the base is adjusted tobe horizontal; and 2, the gravity center position of the nuclear emergency multifunctional operation robot is adjusted. The nuclear emergency multifunctional operation robot has the advantages that onone hand, by adjusting the motion supporting devices, the inclined state of the operation robot caused by ground pits is corrected, and the stationarity and stability of the operation robot are improved; and on the other hand, by adjusting the four motion supporting devices, the gravity center of the operation robot is lowered and is closer to the center area of the base, and the stationarity andstability of the operation robot are further improved.

    提升核应急机器人作业稳定性的方法,应用于核应急多功能作业机器人,核应急多功能作业机器人,包括基座、机械臂、工具换接装置及运动支持装置;提升作业稳定性的方法如下:1,将基座调整水平;2,调整核应急多功能作业机器人的重心位置。本发明的优点在于:一方面,通过对运动支持装置的调整,纠正了因地面坑洼造成的作业机器人倾斜状态,提升了作业机器人的平稳性和稳定性;另一方面,通过对四处运动支持装置的调整,使作业机器人的重心得到降低且更靠近基座的中心区域,进一步提升了作业机器人的平稳性和稳定性。
