The invention relates to a channelization design method for a continuous flow intersection. The method comprises the following steps: (1) calculating an initial value range of a displacement transition section at the continuous flow intersection; (2) determining an optimal timing cycle according to road conditions, geometric design and traffic volume of the continuous flow intersection; (3) obtaining a straight traffic flow queuing length in combination with a traffic flow propagation rule; and (4) calculating the phase difference and the maximum value of the displacement transition section, and finally, taking the intersection of the value ranges of (1) and (4) to finally obtain the length range of the displacement transition section at the continuous flow intersection. The channelizationdesign method meets the requirement for safe operation of the displacement traffic flow, enables traffic organization at the continuous flow intersection to be safer and smoother, improves the passing efficiency of the intersection, reduces vehicle delay, and promotes application of the continuous flow intersection.
本发明涉及一种连续流交叉口的渠化设计方法,包括⑴计算连续流交叉口处移位过渡段的初始取值范围,⑵依据连续流交叉口道路条件与几何设计及交通量确定最佳配时周期,⑶结合交通流传播规律得到直行车流排队长度以及⑷计算相位差与移位过渡段的最大值,最后将⑴与⑷的取值范围取其交集最终获得连续流交叉口处移位过渡段的长度范围;本发明是一种满足移位车流安全运行需求的渠化设计方法,使连续流交叉口处交通组织更加安全顺畅,提升了交叉口通行效率,降低了车辆延误,推动了连续流交叉口的应用。
