The invention discloses a detection wheel inclination angle automatic adjusting device and method. The device is connected with a detection wheel, and comprises a steel rail inclination angle detection unit, a detection wheel inclination angle detection unit, an execution motor, a transmission mechanism, and a control unit. When the vehicle runs, the detection wheel inclination angle detection unit measures the horizontal inclination angle alpha of the detection wheel in real time, and the steel rail inclination angle detection unit measures the horizontal inclination angle beta of the steel rail in real time. The horizontal inclination angle beta of the steel rail is compared with the horizontal inclination angle alpha of the detection wheel to obtain a control deviation e, and the control deviation e is input into the control unit. The control unit outputs a control quantity to the execution motor, and the execution motor drives the transmission mechanism, so that the dynamic self-adaptive inclination angle adjustment of the detection wheel is realized. The technical problem that the detection effect of a flaw detection system is affected due to ultrasonic incident angle inclination caused by wheel-rail relationship change of an existing detection wheel inclination angle automatic adjusting device can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种探轮倾角自动调节装置及方法,装置与探轮相连,并包括:钢轨倾角检测单元、探轮倾角检测单元、执行电机、传动机构及控制单元。当车辆运行时,探轮倾角检测单元实时测量探轮的水平倾角α,钢轨倾角检测单元实时测量钢轨的水平倾角β。钢轨的水平倾角β与探轮的水平倾角α进行比较后得到控制偏差e,该控制偏差e输入至控制单元。控制单元向执行电机输出控制量,由执行电机驱动传动机构,从而实现探轮的动态自适应倾角调节。本发明能解决现有探轮倾角自动调节装置存在的因轮轨关系变化导致的超声波入射角度倾斜,从而影响探伤检测系统检测效果的技术问题。
