The invention discloses an environment-friendly light-weight spoke based on a bicycle and a machining technology of the environment-friendly light-weight spoke. Electrophoretic paint is prepared fromthe following raw materials, by weight: 50-70 parts of modified epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of polyethylene micronized wax, 1-3 parts of an anti-layering agent, 1-3 parts of an emulsifier, 2 -4 parts ofcarbon black, 6-10 parts of a cross-linking agent, 6-10 parts of a cosolvent and 40-60 parts of deionized water. The invention relates to the technical field of spoke machining. According to the environment-friendly light-weight spoke based on the bicycle and the machining process of the environment-friendly light-weight spoke, a protective layer is coated in a cathode electrophoresis mode, the rust resistance and the corrosion resistance of the spoke can be effectively improved, the adhesiveness is better, the electrophoretic coating can have high matte property by adding the polyethylene micronized wax into electrophoretic coating raw materials. The spoke has a light reflection function in the using process, the warning property of the spoke used at night is enhanced; meanwhile, the spoke is made into the middle flat shape, electrophoretic paint can stably assist the surface of the spoke, and the spoke is environmentally friendly and long in service life.

    本发明公开了一种基于自行车用的环保轻量型辐条及其加工工艺,电泳漆原料按重量份比包括:改性环氧树脂50‑70份、聚乙烯微粉蜡20‑30份、抗分层剂1‑3份、乳化剂1‑3份、炭黑2‑4份、交联剂6‑10份、助溶剂6‑10份和去离子水40‑60份,本发明涉及辐条加工技术领域。该基于自行车用的环保轻量型辐条及其加工工艺,利用采用阴极电泳方式涂装防护层,能够有效提高辐条的防锈及抗腐蚀性能,且附着性更好,通过聚乙烯微粉蜡在电泳涂料原料中的添加可以使电泳涂料具有较强的哑光性,使辐条在使用的过程中具有反光功能,增强辐条在夜间使用时候的警示性,同时通过将辐条制成中间扁平状,使电泳涂料可以稳定的在辐条表面进行辅助,辐条环保且使用寿命较长。
