The portal crane device having a secondary emergency protection function for crane cars disclosed in the invention comprises a cross beam; sliding rods are arranged at the lower end of the cross beamin a bilateral symmetry and sliding mode; the crane cars are fixedly provided at the lower ends of the sliding rods on the left and right sides; a sliding block is slidably provided on the upper sideof the cross beam; the sliding block and the crane cars move synchronously; a motor is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the center in the sliding block; a motor cavity is formed in the lower endof the motor; and electric shock switch plates are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper and lower walls in the motor cavity. By means of a mode of descending after clamping, when the cranecars break to fall, clamping sleeves quickly clamp to prevent the crane cars from falling to generate loss of persons or objects on the ground; the clamped crane cars are conveyed to the ground by means of lifting rods, so that the later maintenance work is convenient, and the maintenance efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, if the clamping sleeves cannot clamp tightly, the crane cars are dragged by means of support plates to guarantee no accidents during falling of the crane cars again.

    本发明公开的一种对起重车具有二次紧急保护功能的门式起重机设备,包括横梁,所述横梁下端左右对称且滑动设有滑杆,左右两侧所述滑杆下端固定设有起重车,所述横梁上侧滑动设有滑块,所述滑块与所述起重车同步移动,所述滑块内中心上侧固定设有电机,所述电机下端设有电机腔,所述电机腔内上下两壁对称且固定设有触电开关板,本发明通过先夹紧后下降的方式,当起重车发生断裂下坠时,夹紧套筒快速夹紧,防止起重车坠落对地面上的人或物造成损失,被夹紧的起重车通过升降杆运送至地面,便于之后的维修工作也提高了维修效率,同时夹紧套筒没能夹紧后,通过托板将起重车拖住,再次确保起重车下落时不会发生事故。
