The invention discloses an annular robot for underwater pier stud operation. The annular robot comprises an upper annular truss, a lower annular truss and an operation bearing platform. Upper side clamping push rods used for being pressed on the side wall of a pier column are fixedly installed on the upper annular truss; lower side clamping push rods used for being pressed on the side wall of thepier column are fixedly mounted on the lower annular truss; each lifting driving push rod is vertically mounted between the upper annular truss and the lower annular truss; and the operation bearing platform is installed on the upper annular truss and/or the lower annular truss and used for installing operation equipment. The annular robot for underwater pier stud operation can be used for pier stud measurement, maintenance and other operations, water flow scouring is resisted, and the danger of sliding and falling is avoided.
