The invention relates to a method for constructing a lower pier base subsection of an FLNG ship. The method comprises the steps that according to the structural characteristics of the lower pier basesubsection of the FLNG ship, the subsection is divided into a left inner bottom plate middle assembly, a right inner bottom plate middle assembly, an outer plate middle assembly, a left inclined sideplate middle assembly and a right inclined side plate middle assembly according to the planes of an inner bottom plate, an inclined side plate and an outer plate; the left inner bottom plate middle assembly and the right inner bottom plate middle assembly are constructed; the outer plate middle assembly is constructed; the left inclined side plate middle assembly and the right inclined side platemiddle assembly are constructed; and large-assemblage-stage folding is carried out with the outer plate middle assembly as a reference subsection and the outer plate as a base plane, firstly the leftinner bottom plate middle assembly and the right inner bottom plate middle assembly are turned over by 180 degrees to be folded with the outer plate middle assembly, then the left inclined side platemiddle assembly and the right inclined side plate middle assembly are turned over by 135 degrees to be folded with the outer plate middle assembly, and finally the lower pier base subsection is formedthrough welding. The construction difficulty can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the welding efficiency and quality can be improved, and welding deformation is reduced.
本发明涉及一种FLNG船下墩座分段的建造方法,该方法包括:根据FLNG船下墩座分段结构特点,将分段依据内底板、斜傍板及外板平面划分成左内底板中组立、右内底板中组立、外板中组立、左斜傍板中组立和右斜傍板中组立五只片段;建造左内底板中组立和右内底板中组立;建造外板中组立;建造左斜傍板中组立和右斜傍板中组立;以外板中组立为基准分段,外板为基面进行大组立阶段合拢,先将左内底板中组立和右内底板中组立翻身180度与外板中组立合拢,然后将左斜傍板中组立和右斜傍板中组立翻身135度与外板中组立合拢,最后焊接成型下墩座分段。本发明不仅能够有效降低施工难度,同时能够提高焊接效率和质量,减少焊接变形。
