The invention discloses a charging service operation and maintenance management platform which comprises a charging system. The charging system is composed of a touch screen, a main control module, acharging module, an expansion module, a camera, a switch and a switching power supply, the main control module sequentially communicates with each function board through an RS485 bus, and the camera is electrically connected to the main control module; at least four groups of display modules are arranged in the touch screen, and the display modules are respectively used for video playing, temperature and humidity displaying, displaying of networking states, signals, time and other content displaying and charging state displaying areas; and the expansion module comprises an equipment overview unit, an area management unit, a financial management unit, a fault feedback unit and a system management unit which are sequentially displayed through the touch screen, so that the charging service operation and maintenance management platform can better serve a charging service platform.
