A positive electrode of the inverter bridge is connected with apositive electrode of a high-voltage battery pack through a charging change-over switch circuit, and a negative electrode of the inverter bridge is connected with a negative electrode of the high-voltage battery pack through a charging change-over switch circuit; and the charging change-over switches are in circuit connection with the rectifier bridge, the rectifier bridge is connected with an alternating current input port, a positive electrode of an inverter bridge I is connected with the positive electrode of the high-voltage battery pack, a negative electrode of the inverter bridge I is connected with the negative electrode of the high-voltage battery pack, and the inverter bridge and the inverter bridge I are connected with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. According to the device, a set of driving device realizes a motor driving function when a vehicle runs, and realizes a function of a vehicle-mounted charger when the vehicle is parked and charged; and the cost of electricequipment of the electric vehicle is greatly reduced, and large-scale and marketization of the electric vehicle are facilitated.
