The invention discloses a lightweight high-shock-absorption non-pneumatic tire internal supporting device which comprises a non-pneumatic tire and a rotating shaft, wherein the surface of the rotatingshaft is sleeved with a connecting ring; wheel carriers are evenly welded to the lower side surface of the connecting ring; second guide wheels are mounted at the lower ends of the wheel carriers; apull rod is fixedly mounted at the middle of the upper surface of the connecting ring; a mounting plate is fixedly mounted at the top end of the pull rod; a screw is mounted on the mounting plate; filling layers are evenly inlaid in the non-pneumatic tire; cavities are formed between the corresponding filling layers; air cylinders are evenly mounted at the inner side surface of the non-pneumatic tire; air vents communicating with the cavities are formed in the inner ends of the air cylinders; and sliding rods are sleeved in the air cylinders. Materials are repeatedly filled into and dischargedfrom the cavities in the non-pneumatic tire, so that the control of tire supporting force is facilitated. In addition, the lightweight high-shock-absorption non-pneumatic tire internal supporting device is in accordance with lightweight design and is relatively convenient to operate.
本发明公开了一种轻量化高减震的免充气轮胎内部支撑装置,包括免充气轮胎和转轴,所述转轴表面套有连接环,所述连接环下侧面均匀焊接有轮架,所述轮架下端装有第二导轮,所述连接环上表面中部固定安装有拉杆,所述拉杆顶端固定安装有安装板,所述安装板上安装有螺钉,所述免充气轮胎内部均匀镶套有填充层,所述填充层之间设有空腔,所述免充气轮胎内侧面均匀安装有气筒,所述气筒内端装有与空腔相通的通气孔,所述气筒内部套有滑杆。本发明通过对免充气轮胎内的空腔反复充放物料,从而方便实现对轮胎支撑力的控制,也符合轻量化的设计,操作比较便捷。
