The invention discloses a robot for ultrasonic weld seam detection. The robot comprises magnetic wheel mechanisms, wheel damping mechanisms, posture adjusting mechanisms rotating around a Z axis, a posture adjusting mechanism rotating around an X axis, a probe lifting and transverse moving mechanism and probe pressing mechanisms. The magnetic wheel mechanisms are fixedly connected with the wheel damping mechanisms, and the whole robot can be fixed to the wall face of a spherical tank through magnetic force; the wheel damping mechanisms are connected with the magnetic wheel mechanisms; the posture adjusting mechanisms rotating around the Z axis are connected with the wheel damping mechanisms on the two sides of a vehicle body; the posture adjusting mechanism rotating around the X axis is connected with the posture adjusting mechanisms rotating around the Z axis on the front portion and the rear portion of the vehicle body; the probe lifting and transverse moving mechanism is connected with the posture adjusting mechanism, rotating around the X axis, on the front half portion of the vehicle body; and the probe pressing mechanisms are connected with the lifting and transverse moving mechanism. The adaptability of the flaw detection robot on the complex wall face is enhanced, and meanwhile good contact between an ultrasonic probe and the wall face in the flaw detection process is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种用于超声波焊缝检测机器人,包括磁轮机构、车轮减震机构、绕Z轴旋转的姿态调整机构、绕X轴旋转的姿态调整机构、探头升降横移机构和探头压紧机构。磁轮机构通过与车轮减震机构固连,依靠磁力可以将整个机器人固定在球罐壁面上;车轮减震机构与磁轮机构相连;绕Z轴旋转的姿态调整机构与车身两侧的车轮减震机构相连;绕X轴旋转的姿态调整机构与车身前后两部分的绕Z轴旋转的姿态调整机构相连;探头升降横移机构与车身前半部分的绕X轴旋转的姿态调整机构相连;探头压紧机构与升降横移机构相连。本发明增强了探伤机器人在复杂壁面的适应性,同时也保证了超声波探头在探伤过程中的与壁面的良好接触性。
