The invention discloses a road network simulation input model construction method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: establishing a simulation input estimation model according to a road network topological structure, road geometrical characteristics and roadside detection data; calculating theoretical inlet and outlet flow of each flow exchange point of the simulationinput estimation model; calibrating parameters of the simulation input estimation model according to the theoretical inlet and outlet flow of each flow exchange point and a pre-defined constraint condition until the simulation input estimation model can meet all constraint conditions, and obtaining an optimal value of the traffic flow activity intensity; and according to the optimal value of thetraffic flow activity intensity, correcting the inlet and outlet flow of each flow exchange point of the simulation input estimation model to obtain a road network simulation input model. According tothe method, the road network simulation input model can be quickly obtained, macroscopic spatio-temporal data provided by adjacent roadside detection equipment is combined with a microscopic simulation model, and more dynamic information is provided for trunk road network monitoring point construction scale and layout and trunk road network operation supervision strength enhancement.

    本发明公开了一种路网仿真输入模型构建方法、装置及存储介质,所述方法包括:根据路网拓扑结构、道路几何特征和路侧检测数据建立仿真输入估计模型;计算仿真输入估计模型各流量交换点的理论进出流量;根据各流量交换点的理论进出流量及预限定的约束条件,标定仿真输入估计模型的参数直到仿真输入估计模型能够满足所有约束条件,并得到交通流活动强度的最优值;根据交通流活动强度的最优值,修正仿真输入估计模型各流量交换点的进出流量,得到路网仿真输入模型。本发明能够快速获得路网仿真输入模型,将相邻路侧检测设备提供的宏观时空数据与微观仿真模型结合,为干线公路网监测点建设规模及布局、加强干线公路网运行监管力度提供更多动态信息。
