The invention discloses a buffering device for landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle accessories. The problem that when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands on the uneven ground, the unmanned aerial vehicle is prone to rollover after making contact with the ground is solved. The buffering device specifically comprises a mounting base, wherein two first telescopic rods and a supporting plate are arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the mounting base, a first rigid buffer is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the supporting plate, and a fixing plate is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the first rigid buffer. By arranging the first telescopic rods, rotating columns and first rotating blocks, when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands on the uneven ground, two first buffer blocks which firstly touch the ground can form upward pushing force on connecting plates, and then the connecting plates push the rotating columns upwards to rotate, and then when the rotating columns rotate upwards, the first telescopic rods is pushed to contract upwards through sliding rails, and the danger that the unmanned aerial vehicle tilts during landing to cause rollover of the unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided.
