The invention discloses a caring compartment layout scheme and a bus. The caring compartment layout scheme comprises a rectangular compartment enclosed by a bus body, wherein the front end of the compartment is equipped with a driving region platform; the middle of the driving region platform is equipped with a driving region hallway; the middle of the compartment is equipped with a passenger region; the rear end of the compartment is equipped with a rear platform; the positions, close to the front end, of the rear platform are symmetrically equipped with rear wheel regions; and one side, close to a get-on get-off door, of the driving region platform is equipped with a get-on channel. The compartment is compact in layout and is sufficient in space utilization with a sufficiently isolated driving region; the rear platform is equipped with a storage box body, special parent-children seats, a kit and privacy curtains, thereby providing independent space and humanistic care to passengers with children; the passengers on wheelchairs can conveniently get on and off through a large-opening-degree plug door structure and a wheelchair lifting mechanism; and single-row seats, dual-row seats,wheelchair areas and the like can be switched through seat mounting slide rails to meet seat number needs of different passengers or in different seasons.
