The invention discloses a bolster structure of a high-floor articulated light railway vehicle. The bolster structure is characterized by comprising an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a left ring-shaped support, a right ring-shaped support, a connecting flange, and two side vertical plates, wherein the upper and lower cover plates are correspondingly arranged and are provided with corresponding central circular holes; the lower cover plate passes through the corresponding central circular hole to weld with an outer ring of the connecting flange; the left ring-shaped support and the right ring-shaped support, which are symmetrical, are fixedly connected on positions, at the outer ring of the connecting flange, between the upper and lower cover plates; and the two side vertical platesare in butt-joint welding with the upper and lower cover plates. Through the unique shape design of each part and the fitted butt-joint welding for each part, structural stiffness and strength are improved, and connection between the bolster structure of high-floor articulated light railway vehicle with a bogie with a rotary bearing is realized through a simple interface, thus favorably improvingmanufacturing precision of the bolster structure, reducing vehicle assembly time and after-sales maintenance and repair time of the vehicle, and simplifying a stress relation between the vehicle bodyand the bogie.

    一种高地板铰接轻轨车枕梁结构,其特征在于:包括上盖板、下盖板、左环形支撑、右环形支撑、连接法兰、两侧立板,上下盖板相对应设置并开有相对应的中心圆孔,下盖板通过中心圆孔与连接法兰的外圈焊接,上下盖板之间位于连接法兰外圈固定连接有相对称的左环形支撑、右环形支撑,两侧立板与上下盖板对焊,本发明通过上下盖板、左右环形支撑、连接法兰及两侧立板的组焊对接,利用各个部件独特的形状设计及各部分相吻合的对接焊接,增强结构刚度及强度,实现高地板铰接轻轨车枕梁结构与带回转轴承转向架的连接,接口简单,有利于提升枕梁结构的制造精度,节约了车辆装配时间及售后检修维护时间,简化了车体与转向架的受力关系。
