The invention provides a control method for a vehicle brake energy recycling system, which brakes a vehicle by dual brake ways of electric brake and hydraulic brake. The invention further provides a control system for the vehicle brake energy recycling system, and the control system comprises: a pedal, a pedal-travel sensor for obtaining pedal travel, and a booster in signal connection to the pedal-travel sensor, wherein the booster comprises a primary cylinder; the primary cylinder is provided with a brake oil pot and two oil tubes are guided out from the primary cylinder, where on oil tube is connected to a first hydraulic system for providing brake hydraulic force to a front wheel, and the other oil tube is connected to a second hydraulic system for providing brake hydraulic force to arear wheel. The control system is slightly modified based on the original ESC system hardly with product cost increase, and also can effectively avoid the noise problem caused by frequently operatingan ESC motor.
