The invention provides an airport unmanned aerial vehicle management and control area division method based on risk assessment, which comprises the following steps: establishing an unmanned aerial vehicle management and control area model according to air risks and ground risks, wherein an unmanned aerial vehicle management and control area is a union set of an air risk core area, an air risk buffer area, a ground risk core area and a ground risk buffer area; marking a boundary in the vertical direction of an unmanned aerial vehicle control area around the airport; dividing an air risk core area; dividing a ground risk core area; calculating a buffer area horizontal extension distance based on the divided ground risk core area horizontal boundary and the divided air risk core area horizontal boundary, and respectively obtaining a ground risk buffer area horizontal boundary and an air risk buffer area horizontal boundary, and obtaining a ground risk buffer area and an air risk buffer area by combining the vertical boundary of the unmanned aerial vehicle control area. According to the division method, the air risk and the ground risk are comprehensively considered, the unmanned aerial vehicle management and control area division model is established by taking the unmanned aerial vehicle as an object, and two sets of track transverse distribution models are established in combination with the characteristics of each runway entering and leaving program, so that accurate division of the unmanned aerial vehicle management and control area is realized; the method is of great significance to various principles of airport balance safety, high efficiency and economy.

    本发明提供一种基于风险评估的机场无人机管控区域划设方法,包括如下步骤:依据空中风险和地面风险建立无人机管控区模型,无人机管控区域为空中风险核心区、空中风险缓冲区、地面风险核心区、地面风险缓冲区的并集;划设机场周边无人机管控区垂直方向边界;划设空中风险核心区;划设地面风险核心区;基于已划设的地面风险核心区水平边界和已划设的空中风险核心区水平边界,计算缓冲区水平延伸距离,分别获得地面风险缓冲区水平边界和空中风险缓冲区水平边界,结合无人机管控区垂直方向边界获得地面风险缓冲区和空中风险缓冲区。本发明的划设方法综合考虑空中风险和地面风险,以无人机为对象建立无人机管控区划设模型,并结合每条跑道进离场程序特点建立两套航迹横向分布模型,实现了无人机管控区域的精准划设,对于机场平衡安全、高效、经济的各项原则具有重要意义。
