The invention discloses a carrying assist device for a large-capacity battery of a transformer substation. The carrying assist device can realize mechanical assist operation in a carrying process of the storage battery of the transformer substation, reduce manpower and improve carrying efficiency and carrying safety. The device comprises a horizontal moving platform, wherein a vertically-installedsupporting device is assembled at one end of the moving platform, the surface, facing the advancing direction of the moving platform, of the supporting device is the front, and lifting platform guiderails extending in the vertical direction are arranged on two sides of the front of the supporting device; a safety chassis is mounted on the lifting platform guide rails in a sliding mode, and a lifting fork is mounted on the lifting platform guide rails and located above the safety chassis in a sliding mode; a lifting platform linkage device used for lifting the safety chassis is installed on the back of the supporting device; the supporting device is further provided with a manual winch used for lifting the lifting fork; and the lifting fork is a telescopic fork, a guide rail is installedat a telescopic end of the telescopic fork in the direction perpendicular to the telescopic fork, and the guide rail is of a hollow structure.

    本发明公开了一种用于变电站大容量电池的搬运辅助装置,其能够实现变电站蓄电池搬运过程中的机械化辅助操作,减少人力,提升搬运效率和搬运安全性。本发明包含水平的移动平台,移动平台的一端组装有竖直安装的支撑装置,支撑装置朝向移动平台前进方向的一面为正面,支撑装置的正面两侧设置有竖直方向延伸的升降平台导轨;升降平台导轨上滑动安装有安全底盘,升降平台导轨上位于安全底盘上方滑动安装有提升叉;所述支撑装置背面安装有用于升降所述安全底盘的升降平台联动装置;所述支撑装置上还安装有用于升降所述提升叉的手动绞盘;所述提升叉为伸缩叉,伸缩叉的伸缩端上垂直于伸缩叉的方向安装有导轨,导轨为空心结构。
