The invention discloses a transformation method based on an unmanned cargo barge and a transformed bottom-supported type full-rotation hoisting barge. The transformation method comprises the followingsteps that: a part of sections of a parallel midbody cargo hold area of the unmanned cargo barge is cut off, a front section and a rear section of the cargo barge of which the parallel midbody sections are cut off are spliced into a bottom-supported type hoisting barge main barge body, and reinforcing measures are locally conducted on the bottom-supported type hoisting barge main barge body; a machinery cabin, a pump cabin, a ballast cabin, a ballast system and an oil-water cabin are additionally arranged below a main deck; a main crane is arranged at the tail part above the main deck, and achimney, a forecastle and a deckhouse are additionally arranged at the head part; and a positioning anchor system and outfitting equipment are additionally arranged. The unmanned cargo barge is transformed into the bottom-supported type full-rotation hoisting barge, so that the operation requirements of different hoisting weights and different hoisting heights of offshore floating type hoisting operation can be met, and the bottom-supported type hoisting operation requirements of special engineering projects such as marine disaster rescue and salvage for stranded wrecked ships in a shallow water reef area or wind power equipment installation in coastal shoal waters can also be met; and the engineering application range is wide.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人货驳的改造方法及改造而成的坐底式全回转起重驳船。所述改造方法为:截掉无人货驳的平行中体货舱区域部分分段,将截掉平行中体部分分段之后的货驳前后两个分段拼合成坐底式起重驳船主船体,并对坐底式起重驳船主船体的局部采取补强措施;主甲板以下增设机舱、泵舱、压载舱、压载系统及油水舱;主甲板以上尾部设置一台主起重机,首部增设烟囱、艏楼及甲板室;增设定位锚系统及舾装设备。将无人货驳改造为坐底式全回转起重驳船,不仅能够满足海上浮式起重作业不同吊重、不同吊高的作业需求,也能满足针对浅水礁区搁浅失事船舶的海难抢险打捞或沿海浅滩水域的风电设备安装等特殊工程项目的坐底起重作业需求,工程适用面广。
